The programs are suitable mostly (but not only) for professionals such as teachers, translators, lawyers, judges, researchers, students to increase their productivity in reading, writing, language learning and translation.
Our programs allow two-stage text search – by finding and highlighting a large number of
different words and phrases in a text and by counting all words and phrases in a text.
Program for fast and correct typing and language learning
- “Typing” provides fast, easy and correct typing of a text with two text typing technologies (autocorrect and autocomplete) in an innovative and technologically very efficient way.
- “Typing” also provides an opportunity for fast and successful learning of the frequent words and phrases in spoken and written communication.
- The legal and administrative version of the program allows learning the basic legal terminology in a given language.
- The program allows daily work time savings of approximately 1 to 3 hours a day.
Program for counting words and phrases (Text file statistics)
The program is intended for statistical processing of text files and recording words and phrases in the form of MS Excel tables.
The program can be used for:
- Quick overview of the content of a text by analyzing the common words and expressions;
- Statistical analysis of one’s own language (texts), in order to enhance the fluency of the children, students and adults;
- Facilitation of the translation process:
– saves time for re-typing of the same words and phrases, allowing the application of the “Replace” function in MS Word;
– ensures the terminological cohesion of the translated text; - Independent drafting of the abbreviations in the programs “Typing” and “Reading” — after the count of the frequent words and phrases — in order to accelerate the typing or reading of the text.
Program for fast and more easily reading and for finding and highlighting information in texts
The program is used to find and highlight diverse information (multiple search) in a large text. This function may be very useful for scholars, researchers, teachers and students.
The program is also used for reading with the system of abbreviations for the statistically frequent words and phrases. These abbreviations are marked with different colours in the text which allows their effective identification.
Advantages of reading abbreviated text with “Reading”:
- Less work and strain on the eye muscles;
- Wider visual perspective (you can see more text with one eye glance), improved overview of the whole text or page;
- Lower density of text, higher proportion of blank spaces in text;
- Text is graphically more varied (like Japanese text);
- Easy distinction of frequent and rare words in a text;
- Allows focusing on the statistically rare words only (which are not abbreviated and not coloured); opportunity to jump with eye glances only between rare words in a text;
- Very fast visual scanning in limited time;
- Reduction of the volume of a text when it is printed, stored or transferred in an electronic way.
Use cases
With “Typing” you can type fast and easy your text, while the terminological cohesion of the translated text is absolutely ensured. “Language Statistics” contributes to this process as well, because it can substitute the most frequent words and phrases in a text.
With “Language Statistics” you can easily check the vocabulary used in a text (which are the most used words and phrases in someone’s vocabulary) and control over time the degree of gaining new knowledge in any subject.
With the abbreviations of “Typing” you can learn a new language fast and successfully, because these abbreviations include the most frequent words and phrases in spoken and written language.
The “Show Suggest” function of “Typing” program allows you to see both words/phrases and their abbreviations, when you enter letters from the keyboard and a drop-down window appears.
With “Reading” you can quickly understand the content of a text, when you see marked the most frequent words and phrases in it.
With “Typing” you can type fast, easily and correctly your text, thus spending less time for processing documents.
The legal and administrative version of the program allows you to learn in an easy way the basic legal terminology in a given language.
